CasinoCoin Lobby: Rock'N'Rolla sign-up guide

Rock'N'Rolla is the first online casino operator that was added to the CasinoCoin Lobby. Here is a simple guide on how to sign-up with them and what to do if you see a "Pending registration" note inside the Lobby. Also, You can follow the last part of the guide if you already have an account with the casino and want to link it with the CasinoCoin Lobby.

Registration

1. Tap on the operator on the main screen of the XUMM and then tap Easy Sign Up.

2. The XUMM always displays a notice before it opens an external link. Select Open. You will be redirected to the operators' website for the sign-up.

3. Fill in all the required fields to register. Some of the fields are already pre-filled with the data from the KYC process.

4. After you have successfully registered, return to the XUMM wallet. If you can't see active registration, please restart the xApp. 

Pending registration

The "Pending registration" text under the operator indicates that there is an issue with the operator registration. Either the sign-up isn't finished (please register with the operator before continuing) or for some reason, the destination tag from the operator hasn't reached the Lobby during the process.

1. Go to https://www.rocknrollacasino.com (or tap Visit inside the Lobby) and sign in. Then select your profile icon and Deposit.

2. Tap on Show Deposit Info under CSC (CasinoCoin).

3. Here you can see your account's CasinoCoin deposit information.

4. Copy and send the Destination Tag together with your account address from the XUMM wallet (the one you signed up with the Lobby) to our Support team, using the ticket creation form or send an email to support@casinocoin.im

Once the support team has updated your registration information, the Lobby will show your active registration together with your destination tag. Now the funds can be deposited to the casino directly from the Lobby.

Connecting existing account

If you already have an account with the operator, tap the "Easy Sign-up", continue to the Rock'n'Rolla site, and log in (do not sign up again). Then follow the "Pending registration" guide above to link the Lobby account with the old registration using the destination tag.
